President

Mark is a true artisan, Nationally Board Certified in Dental Laboratory Technology, with stunning technical skills, a “can do” attitude, and an in depth understanding of dental anatomy, physiology, and materials.  Outside the lab, Mark is a talented musician, accomplished vocally and at guitar and piano, playing and singing for the St. Bartholomew Church choir.  He is also a radio controlled aircraft enthusiast, and was a member of the Cincinnati Flying Club in years past.

VP and Office Manager

Regina is a consummate business professional with boundless enthusiasm, who excels at organizational and managerial tasks. In addition, her background in Physics and CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineering, coupled with her detailed understanding of laboratory practices and procedures, makes her a well equipped business partner in the digital dental lab.  Together with Mark, they have raised five loving and successful children, are active in their church, and enjoy being together, particularly on the golf course!

Senior CAD/CAM Dental Technician

Luke Rothan has lead our CAD/CAM Design Department since 2008.  With his degree in Natural Sciences from Xavier University, and his exceptional computer skills, he is a valuable asset to our lab operations.  He is a husband and father of four, and spends his time on parish council at St. Bartholomew Church, coaching his kid's Greenhills SAY soccer team, cheering on the Bengals (and crying), and eating at Chick-fil-A.

CAD/CAM Dental Technician

Since 2013, John has been the head of optical scanning and our in-house milling operations.  His enthusiasm for the art and his computer skills have resulted in a very robust CAD/CAM department.  He enjoys cooking for his wife and daughter, playing piano and singing, and is a member of Barts Bards and Mason Community Theater.  He also has works at The Dent Schoolhouse, Cincinnati's scariest haunted house.

Transport

Cecelia is our driver for pickups and deliveries, and is the face of Rothan Dental Lab for many of our practices.  She enjoys playing with her dogs, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and travels when she can!

Plaster

Mike runs our plaster department after owning his own Dental Laboratory.  His hand skills as well as experienced mind have been a great asset to our lab.  In his spare time he likes to relax at home with his wife, and he will take his motorcycle out for a few hours on nice days.
